Philips CDi 910

The Philips CDi-910 was released in 1991. It was the first commercial CDi player. CDi, short for Compact Disc Interactive, became available in 1990. Philips and Sony co-developed the format, which combined audio, text, and graphics. But, CDi became best known for its video games! The CDi format was short-lived and was discontinued in 1998.
